A blind box is a sealed package containing a surprise figure or item from a specific collection. You only discover which item is inside when you open the box — and that's exactly where the magic lies.

Can I choose which figure I get?
No, that's the whole concept of a blind box. Each item is randomly packaged by the manufacturer (e.g., POP MART). Some collections also include secret or limited edition figures with a lower probability, which are extra rare and often highly sought after.

Are the figures of good quality?
Yes. All our blind boxes come from reputable brands and contain officially licensed products.

How can you offer such low prices?
We purchase smartly through authorized wholesalers or directly from the manufacturer and pass those savings directly on to you. This way, we keep our prices fair, without unnecessary mark-ups.

Are blind boxes suitable as gifts?
Absolutely. Blind boxes are a fun and original gift for collectors and fans of series, cartoons, movies, games, and characters. The fun part is that no one knows exactly what item is in the box, not even you!

What do 'chase,' 'rare,' or 'secret' mean?
A chase, rare, or secret figure is a rare variant that appears in only a small percentage of boxes. These figures are especially coveted by collectors.

How often do new collections arrive?
We regularly update our offerings with new collections. Follow Yunazo on social media and subscribe to our emails to stay informed about new drops.

Do you also offer pre-orders?
Yes, sometimes we offer pre-orders for popular or upcoming collections. The expected delivery date will then be clearly stated on the product page.

What if I receive a duplicate figure?
Duplicates can occur with blind boxes. We cannot guarantee exchanges for these, but we recommend trading duplicates with other collectors in our community.

Why do you sell a loose figure instead of a sealed blind box?
Sometimes a blind box arrives damaged, while the figure itself is still in perfect condition. In that case, we only open the packaging to check the contents and sell the figure loose, so you know exactly which item you are buying. The original outer packaging is then removed, and the product is sold in a Yunazo box.

Do you deliver across Europe?
This is our ultimate goal. Currently, this is still limited, but we are trying to expand as quickly as possible! We dispatch your parcel within 24 hours. For most countries, delivery takes 1-2 days, while countries like Spain and Italy typically take 3-5 days. Delivery times may vary per country.

Are there additional import duties for EU customers?
No. Within the EU, there are no additional customs duties.

How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you will receive a track & trace code via email, which allows you to track your parcel live.

Can I still change my address after ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@yunazo.com with your order number. If your package has not yet been shipped, we will try to adjust the address.

What if my package arrives late?
Please contact our customer service if your delivery deviates significantly from the expected shipping time. We will help you track the status.

Can I return a blind box?
In accordance with the EU right of withdrawal, you have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to return your purchase, without stating a reason.

How do I request a return?
Send an email to info@yunazo.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We assess each request individually and confirm whether the return has been approved before you send the package. Never return a product without prior approval.

What refund will I receive?
Unopened products will be fully refunded, including standard shipping costs. Did you choose a faster delivery option? In that case, only the standard shipping costs will be reimbursed; the difference for the faster delivery will not be refunded.

Can opened products also be returned?
Yes, opened products can also be returned within the 14-day period. Since opening the packaging can reduce the value of the product, we reserve the right to deduct a depreciation from the refund. This usually amounts to approximately 15% of the product price but may vary per case based on its actual condition.

Who pays for the return shipment?
The costs for the return shipment are always at the customer's expense. We recommend packaging products securely and in their original condition for shipping.

What if my figure arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and find a suitable solution together.

What if I receive the wrong item?
Report this as soon as possible via email with your order number and photos. We will investigate together and find a correct solution.
