These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, sales, and deliveries via yunazo.com.
1. Applicability
By placing an order through our webshop, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Yunazo reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The terms applicable at the time of your order always apply.
2. Products
Yunazo sells blind boxes and related products. We do our best to present product information, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible.
Because blind boxes contain an element of surprise, the contents of each box may vary. Images on the website are for illustration purposes and do not always exactly reflect the contents you will receive.
Products from opened blind boxes
If a blind box or similar packaged product arrives damaged, Yunazo reserves the right to open the packaging solely to identify the contents and check the condition of the item. In such cases, the relevant figure or item may be offered separately as an individual product.
Where a product is sold in this way, the sale applies to the identified figure or item as described on the product page. The original outer packaging is not considered part of the standard new condition of the item, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Any damage, opening traces, or signs of use on the outer packaging, inner bag, protective inner box, or other non-essential packaging elements shall be considered part of the product condition when the item is explicitly offered as such.
Unless otherwise stated, figures or items are visually inspected before shipment and offered as new and undamaged. If the delivered product does not match the product description, or if it constitutes a non-conforming delivery, the customer’s applicable legal rights remain fully preserved.
3. Orders
An order is only final once you have completed the full checkout process and received a confirmation from us.
Yunazo may refuse or cancel an order in the event of errors, suspicious activity, incomplete details, payment issues, or stock problems.
4. Prices and payment
All prices on the website are shown in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Any shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
You will always see the total price of your order before you confirm it.
Payment is made through the payment methods available in the webshop. Orders are processed once payment has been received correctly, unless stated otherwise.
5. Shipping
Yunazo is based in Belgium and ships orders to countries within the European Union. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary by country, depending on weight, distance, and the chosen shipping option.
For each order, you choose your preferred shipping method. We aim to offer equal shipping costs for all countries in the future.
After placing your order, we process your parcel within 24 hours and then ship it.
Estimated delivery times are usually:
Within Belgium and neighboring countries: around 1–2 working days
Further within the EU: around 3–5 working days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel on the shipping partner’s website.
For certain products, such as heavier box sets or multiple items, additional shipping costs or a different shipping option may be required. These costs are calculated automatically and shown during checkout.
Yunazo is not liable for delays caused by the shipping partner, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days after receipt, without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period starts on the day you or a third party designated by you receives the products.
Conditions
You may return a product if:
the product is in its original condition
the product is, as much as possible, in its original packaging
the product has not been clearly misused, damaged, or irreversibly altered
Blind boxes and collectibles may also be returned after opening, provided they are still in reasonable condition and comply with this policy.

To request a return, send an email to info@yunazo.com with:
your order number
your name
the reason for return
clear photos of the product and packaging
Always wait for our written confirmation before sending the product back.
7. Return costs and refunds
Unless stated otherwise, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be made via the original payment method.
Refund processing usually takes 1 to 5 working days, depending on your payment provider.
If you chose a faster delivery option, only the standard shipping cost will be refunded. The extra amount for the faster shipping option will not be reimbursed.
8. Reduction in value
If a product has been opened, used, or damaged, we may apply a reduction in value where the product’s value has decreased as a result.
For opened blind boxes and collectibles, a reduction in value of around 15% of the product price usually applies, depending on the condition of the product. If there is clear damage, signs of use, or missing parts, the deduction may be higher.
The exact reduction in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis and communicated to you before the refund is made.
9. Refusal of return
We may refuse a return request or refund if:
the 14-day return period has expired
the product is no longer in its original condition
there is misuse, damage, or unauthorized use
insufficient photos or proof have been provided
the product is returned without prior written approval
10. Defective or non-conforming products
If a product is defective, does not match the description, or is clearly of lower quality than expected, you are entitled to an appropriate solution under applicable law.
Depending on the situation, this may include:
repair
replacement
price reduction
refund
In such cases, we may deviate from the standard return cost arrangement and often cover the reasonable return costs ourselves.
11. Warranty
Our products are covered by the legal warranty provided under applicable law.
Report a defect or issue as soon as possible via info@yunazo.com, together with photos and a clear description.
12. Liability
Yunazo does its best to provide accurate information, safe shipping, and quality products. However, we are not liable for:
incorrect delivery details entered by the customer
delays caused by external carriers
indirect or consequential damages
circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Our liability remains limited to what is legally permitted.
13. Complaints
Do you have a complaint about your order, delivery, or refund? Please contact us at info@yunazo.com.
Always include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and any photos so we can assist you more quickly.
14. Intellectual property
All texts, photos, logos, designs, and other content on the Yunazo website are owned by Yunazo or used with permission.
It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or reuse this content without our written consent.
15. Privacy
Yunazo processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for more information.
16. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall apply in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. Be sure to consult our separate detailed policies to avoid misunderstandings.
