Shipping policy

Yunazo is based in Belgium and ships orders to countries across the EU. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country, depending on weight, distance, and the chosen shipping option.

For each order, you can choose the shipping method you want to use. We aim to offer the same shipping rates for all countries in the future.

Once your order is completed, we process your parcel within 24 hours, after which it is shipped. The exact delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected shipping option, but in most cases we expect:

• Within Belgium and neighboring countries: around 1–2 working days

• Further within the EU: around 3–5 working days

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped, so you can follow the parcel on the website of the relevant shipping partner.

For certain products, such as heavier box sets or multiple items, extra shipping costs or a different shipping option may be required. These are calculated automatically at checkout and shown to you in advance, so you know exactly what you will pay.
