Where it all began

Some stories start with a plan. Ours started with a box.

During a trip through Asia, we came across something we had never seen before — walls filled with blind boxes from floor to ceiling, people gathering around them, hearts racing with every pull. The feeling of not knowing what’s inside, the suspense, the reveal, the rush — it was something we hadn’t experienced anywhere else. We were instantly hooked.

Searching for that feeling

Back home in Belgium, we went looking for that same feeling. What we found was something very different: overpriced offers, a limited selection, and a market dominated by a handful of sellers who knew they had no real competition. The same blind boxes that were available in Asia for just a few euros were being sold here for two, three, sometimes four times the price. We couldn’t just let that slide.

The birth of Yunazo

So we founded Yunazo. The name comes from yume, meaning dream, and nazo, meaning mystery — a tribute to the dreams each blind box carries. At Yunazo, we combine that dream with the mystery of what’s inside the box.
