1. About Blind Boxes

What is a blind box?
A blind box is a sealed package containing a surprise figure or item from a specific collection. You only find out which item is inside when you open the box — and that is exactly where the magic lies.

Can I choose which figure I get?
No, that is the whole concept of a blind box. Each item is randomly packed by the manufacturer (for example, POP MART). Some collections also include secret or limited edition figures with lower odds, which makes them extra rare and often highly sought after.

Are the figures good quality?
Yes. All our blind boxes come from reputable brands and contain officially licensed products.

How can you offer such low prices?
We buy smartly through authorized wholesalers or directly from the manufacturer and pass that saving on to you. That way, we keep our prices fair, without unnecessary margins.

Are blind boxes suitable as a gift?
Absolutely. Blind boxes make a fun and original gift for collectors and fans of series, cartoons, films, games, and characters. The fun part is that no one knows exactly what’s inside the box — not even you.

What do ‘chase’, ‘rare’, or ‘secret’ mean?
A chase, rare, or secret figure is a rare variant that appears in only a small percentage of boxes. These figures are especially popular with collectors.

How often do new collections arrive?
We regularly restock with new collections. Follow Yunazo on social media and subscribe to our emails to stay updated on new drops.

Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes, we sometimes offer pre-orders for popular or upcoming collections. The expected delivery date is clearly shown on the product page.

What if I receive a duplicate figure?
Duplicates can happen with blind boxes. We cannot guarantee exchanges for them, but we recommend trading duplicates with other collectors in our community. 

Why do you sell a loose figure instead of a sealed blind box?
Sometimes a blind box arrives damaged while the figure inside is still in perfect condition. In that case, we open the packaging only to verify the contents and sell the figure separately, so you know exactly which item you are buying. The original outer packaging is then removed, and the product is sold in a Yunazo box.


2. Delivery and Shipping

Do you deliver throughout Europe?
That is our ultimate goal. At the moment, delivery is still limited, but we are working to expand it as quickly as possible. We ship your parcel within 24 hours. For most countries, delivery takes 1–2 days, while countries such as Spain and Italy are more likely to take 3–5 days. Delivery times may vary by country.

Are there extra import fees for EU customers?
No. Within the EU, there are no additional customs fees.

How can I track my order?
After shipping, you will receive a track-and-trace code by email so you can follow your parcel live.

Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@yunazo.com with your order number. If your parcel has not yet been shipped, we will try to update the address.

What if my parcel arrives late?
Contact our customer service if your delivery clearly differs from the expected shipping time. We will help you check the status.


3. Returns and Warranty

Can I return a blind box?
In line with EU withdrawal rights, you have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to return your purchase without giving a reason.

How do I request a return?
Send an email to info@yunazo.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We review each request individually and confirm whether the return is approved before you send the parcel back. Never return a product without prior approval.

What refund will I receive?
Unopened products are fully refunded, including standard shipping costs. If you chose a faster delivery option, only the standard shipping cost will be refunded; the difference for the faster shipping option is not refundable.

Can opened products also be returned?
Yes, opened products can also be returned within the 14-day period. Because opening the packaging may reduce the product’s value, we reserve the right to deduct a reduction from the refund. This is usually around 15% of the product price, but it may vary depending on the actual condition.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are always paid by the customer. We recommend packing products safely and in their original condition for return.

What if my figure arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos of the damage. We will review the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution.

What if I receive the wrong item?
Report it as soon as possible by email with your order number and photos. We will investigate and look for the correct solution.


4. Privacy and Security

Is my personal data safe?
Absolutely. Yunazo fully complies with GDPR regulations. Your data is never shared with third parties without your permission.

What do you use my data for?
We use your data only to process your order, keep you updated on shipping, and — if you agree — for marketing communication.

Can I request deletion of my data?
Yes. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. To do so, send an email to info@yunazo.com.

Do you use cookies?
Yes, we use cookies for the operation of the webshop and, with your consent, also for analytics and marketing.
